| Sneijder and Pepe fit for Olympiakos clash
Monday, November 05, 2007
Pepe and Wesley Sneijder could make their respective comebacks on Tuesday night at Olympiakos after training normally on Sunday.
"He's progressing very well," remarked coach Bernd Schuster of the 24 year old.
"He's training nicely and we'll need to think about where he can have his first few minutes back on the pitch.
"A good time to do so can be in the Champions League. He's going to travel with us, although we don't know if he'll play.
"But if we have the opportunity, then now's a good time."
Wesley Sneijder, meanwhile, was left out of the weekend squad that lost to Sevilla, but could return here after training with normality.
Schuster is set to announce his squad in the next few hours.
