Man United counter-bid for duo

Manchester United could buy Sergio Ramos and Robinho from Real Madrid, in return for any deal which would see Cristiano Ronaldo move to Spain.
Ronaldo seems determined to quit Old Trafford for the Bernabeu this summer but United have so far been adamant they are not prepared to sell.
However, Madrid-based sportspaper Marca now claims the European champions have confirmed an interest in taking Spain right-back Ramos and Brazil forward Robinho, which could open the door for Ronaldo's exit.
Both players have played an integral role in Real's back-to-back La Liga title wins but have yet to agree new, improved contracts.
Robinho confirmed two weeks ago he would consider a move to Manchester and now Ramos' agent, Pedro Bravo, claims to have received an offer for his client from Old Trafford.
Bravo has reportedly discussed the offer with Real sporting director Pedrag Mijatovic, who is co-ordinating any deal for Ronaldo.
